Spyware, Pop Up Blockers, and Firewalls :
For some computers, Spyware may be present and most times hog up the computer’s resources. This may cause program on your computer to run very slow. This in turn will make your experience here a slow experience. One way to tell if you have Spyware on your computer is having uncontrollable pop up ads appear without selecting on an ad from a website. If you have experience this, we have found that using Ad-Aware SE Personal Addition 1.06 cleans most cases of Spyware activity. Running a Pop up Blocker can prevent the poker table window to pop up after you have selected the join button. For most pop up blockers holding down the ‘Ctrl’ button when selecting ‘Join’ will allow for the poker table window to pop up.
If you are behind a firewall and are encountering difficulty connecting to our game servers, chances are your firewall is blocking the ports we use for the connection. One way to tell if you firewall is preventing the connection is that you will see ‘Unable to Connect’ message in the chat window. Please make sure that the following ports are enabled in your firewall: Outgoing TCP port 9000. Since we are not able to troubleshoot all types of firewalls we may be limited to the amount of help that we can provide. If you do submit a problem ticket about firewall issues please provide as much information as you can so that we can assist you to our best abilities.
Other Helpful Tips:
- If you are disconnected from a multi table tournament that is in progress, close the poker table window and select the big red tournament button again and it will sit you back at the table you are in.
- If you feel that a hand was not evaluated correctly please supply us a hand number when submitting a support ticket so that we can review the hand and respond back to you in a timely manner.
- You can review all transaction records to and from your account by selecting the My Account tab from the website. There you will see a link for ‘Transaction Records’ and view all transactions that took place on your account.
